Women had no choice in controlling a number of babies they needed, partly they had little knowledge about contraception and  as result of  religious and economic requirement. The rate of  pregnant women terminated was 40 %. At the present society, women can do the social activities if they want. By over 50% of population, nearly 50% of work forces, women now participate in mostly social activities. They appear in most work field, hold numerous important roles of organizations. More than 39 percent of women work in occupations where women make up at least three-quarters of the workforce. Women own close to 10 million businesses, accounting for $1.4 trillion in receipts. Female veterans tend to continue their service in the labor force : about 3 out of 10 serve their country as government workers. Moreover, trends in women’ employment have evolved over time. Women’ participation in the United State labor force has climbed since World War II : from 32.7 percent in 1948 to 56.8 percent in 2016. The proportion of women with college degrees in the labor force has almost quadrupled since 1970. The range of occupations women workers hold has also expanded, with women making notable gains in professional and managerial occupations. That is the matter because no one gets to the corner office by sitting on the side, not at the table, and no one gets the promotion if they do not think they deserve their success or they do not even understand their own success. Therefore, believe in yourself and own your own success. We have to tell ourselves to believe we got the achievement to reach for the promotion, to sit at the table. We have got to get women to sit at the table. When women get engaged, or get married then they will start thinking about having a child and that spends much time to come back to work. As a result, they start leaning back, they do not try their best. Nevertheless, if they stop looking for new opportunities, they may get bored. Accordingly, stay in and try your best. Finally, the enterprise will develop better and more interesting when both men and women work together. Furthermore, men and women work together to promote gender equality in the world. ConclusionThey said that men is better in every aspect with training, women still have some innate talents that is naturally better than men. However, women also have some defect. In brief, both men and women work together is the best way. Therefore, women on boards should be encouraged because it is crucial need develop an enterprise.
