Dependability – This is when an employer is very dependent or always is reliable on another worker to do the job they are supposed to complete. Moreover, it is due to fact that the manager or owner requires an associate to complete all the work they were meant to do. This portrays to the owner that workers are completing their work.
Problem Solving – This is when the employees to undertake a certain problem and resolve it by working on it. It is important in the IT department as it shows the employer that his/her workers to do all the possible causes and discovery the most useful solution to the problem. This gives them greater confidence then to also do the work without any assistance.

Team working – This is when a group of people are working together by making decisions and sharing ideas on what can things be improved and how can they improve it. This is really important in the IT department as it shows the employer that you are able to cooperate with others in your team without any issues.
Planning and organization skills – This is one of the essential skills in any work in order to achieve a certain goal. These skills help employees to stay focused on their tasks and build confidence. It allows for quick thinking and decision-making. This is important in the IT department as it shows the employer that you are willing to do all of the above.
